I recently became aware of a line of guitars and basses that are inexpensive but good. It was a referral from a local playing buddy of mine and I looked into it myself. I spoke to the dealer and he said he would give me a small commission if I sent anyone to him through my studio website. Not a big deal, just being honest.
My thought was this would be perfect for a guitar player that needs an inexpensive bass to lay down bass tracks (or vice versa). And maybe someone would like odd ball stuff like a mandolin or a lap steel and dont want to spend a ton on it. Also looks like some good student guitar packages as well.

Mike, Yea those SX guitars from Rondo Music are pretty nice a friend bought a bass for his son and its pretty nice, one thing they dont set them up at all just ship it in the box, so you need to set the bass or guitar up yourself or take it to some one for it to play real nice
I agree on the setup. I have referred a lot of buyers there and I always follow up on their satisfaction, quality, service, delivery, etc. The setup seems to be hit and miss. Some are great out of the case and others arent.
HOWEVER--I bought a new Les Paul a few years ago and the setup from the factory was terrible for whatever that is worth!
I continue to recommend the SX from Rondo . Best quality inexpensive guitar deal that is out there right now.
