I play guitar and sing, as well as using synths live. Depending on the gig if I am to perform my original rock based music then the rig consists of my amp & cab along with laptop, stereo pa live system with Roland KCW-1 sub woofer. Talk about making your synths and tracks come alive, try adding a sub woofer to your sound system. Even your guitar can get a different dimension with a sub woofer. Then again if you are a traditionalist with your guitar set up you may not care for one. See mine at the bottom of the pic.
